The hotel was very convenient and I did feel safe- however the bathroom was clean and the bed- but there was “gunk” on the lamps and the ret of the furniture looked unclean

Overall my stay was above average. The bartender and the front desk receptionist on morning of 8/20 were great. The lady that checked me in on 8/19, and later received a breakfast voucher from when I inquired about adding it to my room didnt know what she was doing when it came to adding on the breakfast option or didnt care, which caused a slight issue when I tried redeeming my voucher the morning on 8/20. Staff on the morning of 8/20 made it right. Thank you!

Great stay after a 17 hour drive. Always stay here. Only thing is that side entrance door is broken and was open. There’s even a sign that says, “sorry but this door must be closed.” Saw multiple people just walking in.

Enjoyed the stay. Our room was cleaned. We were there just to sleep. Air conditioner makes a noise but we slept pretty well.

Pool was closed, didn’t server breakfast, construction began at 7:30 am, loud bangs and drilling untill check out. Complained but they said they can’t control. House keeping opened my door twice without knocking @9am and at 10am, check out was at 11am.

The hôtel rooms are tired looking with beat up furniture. The carpet in the halls wasn’t vacuumed and had pieces of paper and other debris in the hallways. The landscaping was a work in progress and there was a lot of mud and no grass. This hotel is in need of a major renovation. The only plus was that the staff was very friendly and helpful.

For a holiday inn express this was by far the most unkept and dirty one we have stayed at. The rooms - were very dirty. Though they advertise breakfast, it is not available.
