"When we checked out today. We arrived 25 minutes early and the bell hop took our bags and locked them up. Were were not leaving the area. Our transport arrived and we could not get our bags and nobody had a key card to open. The property was pretty clean but there was a considerable amount of trash that was overlooked the whole week along the beach walkway. Food was as expected for an all inclusive. The sit down restaurants were very good except my lasagna as paparazzi was terrible but the ossobuco was really good. Dead animals around for a couple days that were hit by the speeding shuttle carts attracted so many flies and there were flies everywhere, especially in the food areas. We find it odd that you allow outside guests to use the beach near the 2500 building as long as they don’t use the chairs. There was one large family taking up a lot of space. Smoking constantly, extremely loud and obnoxious. Throwing sand. Security guards were pretty useless at that end . Coffee shop worker were the best part of all the service workers. We may return to Aruba but may choose to go elsewhere."
