I didn’t like that our room had a malfunctioning toilet and wasn’t cleaned during our stay. We asked about repairing the toilet and put up a room tag on the room door to request cleaning but nothing was cleaned out toilet kept running.

This is a great spot in Isola. With a ski locker room on-site, you are in the perfect location to get straight onto the piste, and to the ski lessons. The staff were friendly and helpful. Chambre bien agencée et personnel courtois. La vaisselle n’est pas en bon état, le set de nettoyage pour le sol est ancien…L’emplacement de l’hôtel très bien, pas loin des pistes à pied ( attention ça monte un peu).
