"First and foremost; the staff is absolutely amazing! They were so helpful and kind; would go back because of them. Lily is thee best and deserves recognition! I loved my room, it is small, but was quiet and comfortable and as a solo traveler, I felt very safe. The hotel is conveniently located next to the train/bus station and Uber also drops off on the lower level, and you simply take the escalator and walk across the street. Definitely recommend if you are on a budget and for convenience. The dinner menu is excellent as well."

"I tried to use their airport shuttle and no one answered when I called the hotel or used the airport call box, so I took a taxi. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk or anywhere for 40 minutes. I just sat in the lobby after 24 hours of travel, exhausted, and they didn’t even apologize for making me wait."

"This is No 4 Star / Max 3 Star / Cleaning is poor / Fire alarm in the morning for nothing and without any information/ 2nd floor is with a USELESS terrasse in front of a highway (nobody knows it when you reserve/ We were 3 different parties ) The entrance furniture and seatings are worn and incomfortable / Parking is expansive (even with a discount) ... etc A lot of Glamour but in the details this is a polished 3 star /"
