"Intermittent power and water for three days. They had generators, but would only run them for a few hours at night. Was very hot and buggy. This hotel is actually being shut down and they are opening up a fancy waterfront hotel next door. On the bright side, our free breakfast was at their other hotel, and the wait staff and food were awesome."

"Worst experience of my life. Filthy washrooms that we're stinking really bad. AC not working. Lights flickering in our room. The staff were laughing at us, they had 0 customer service skills. Then they would not take our hotels.com booking and wanted to charge us extra as they didn't want to Honor the rate we received from hotels.com - they made us leave the hotel and find another place as we refused to pay extra. Stay away from this place!!!!!"

"We loved our stay at Chitwan Tiger Camp! The staff were very helpful and friendly, food was the best we had in all our Nepal travels, and the location was great- right on the river in front of the jungle entrance!
