O hotel é bem básico, mas é estranho pq a estrutura é boa, mas eles falham em coisas muito simples, como toalhas e roupas de cama machadas e baratas no quarto. Esse hotel se vale totalmente da localização privilegiada, mas precisa urgente de renovação.

Too many issues. All emails and comms in Portuguese and didn't reply to my message. No reception or staff other than security guard. When I arrived at at 7pm it was locked and only uses biometrics which they had not taken yet, so I could not get in. The security eventually let me in but very confusing. ...
