"Staff are friendly- clean room- I have a bit of issue with smell- Brought my own Lavender room spray. It helps. Near the Grotto,which is good as I was with elderly. Bring your own thermos,if you are a chamommile tea person,as theres no kettle in the room. Although. I ask the night staff for a pot of hot water. Very kind male staff. Thanks to him. "Excelent stay!! Convenient location quite close to one of the entrances to the Basilique de Notre Dame de Lourdes and the Grotto. Clean, nice breakfast, good facilities. Has all the amenities anyone would look for!"

"Great location. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Don’t pay for parking as there is free parking at the bottom of the road in the big car park. The outdoor pool was so unclean. It was apparently closed which was a surprise in Sunmer and during a heatwave but we were not informed of this. There were some residents jumping into it and I’d imagine they would have been poorly next day! Although the rooms were clean, the balconies were really dirty. We can to clean the surfaces to be able to lean on them. There were no chairs to sit out which was a shame. There was space in front of the balcony which had all broken glass and an old poor towel that had been left. Not nice to look onto. Our superior double had a coffee machine but in the 3 days we were there we only got two pods and they didn’t get restock each day. Same for the bottle of water. When we asked at reception we reluctantly got a further two. Overall a good hotel with a great location. Attention to detail could be better."

"It's perfect location, accesible to the airport shuttle as it is in front of the hotel . helpful staff. breakfast is okay. coffee machine is great. perfect bed, we slept like a log very comfy but the shampoo dispenser is not very clean same as chrome and window sill is muddy.. we are coming back and will recommend to friends as location wise very convenient, 8 mins walk away to sanctuary. Restaurant nd shops nearby. Thank you!"
