"Great staff, clean rooms, beautiful views. Rooms can be a little cold, there's extra blankets and just be prepared for that. "

"The cabins are wonderful and the view is amazing. The staff is really nice and friendly. Nice place to stay. Very close to Bogota"

"Tranquility "

"Excellent pool, jacuzzi and games room. We found the staff super helpful. Main negative was that our cabin didn't have insect screens so did not ventilate well, particularly at night."

"GREAT STAY, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING AND THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL, ATTENTIVE AND ALWAYS AVAILABLE. "

"The best part of the stay was probably the breakfast, from the start the staff was not friendly at all, it seems like they are forced to work there. Granted there were 2 that were alright. The rooms are not what the pictures say, the pool is the only thing you can look forward too, but it seems like they don’t clean it up every day since on our last day there it had several bugs and leaves in it. The rooms are filled with critters, from ants to mosquitoes. The wifi was up only up for the first...

"The rooms are not great, the place is so boring, the Service is not that good, the food pretty regular and the menu is always the same and what is worst is pricing…..so expensive!!!"
