"First of all … the staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Our room was a handicap room as requested. However it was tired looking. Marks on the walls, peeling paper on the headboard. Small queen bed not a full. Bathroom exhaust vent full of fluff as result it whistled. Shower drain not draining properly so your feet were in a puddle. Liquid soap dispensers in the shower too high for handicap reach.
The Lounge/Breakfast room. The buffet breakfast (extra cost) was okay. But after that it becomes the Lounge with a good bar offering, but extremely limited food offerings throughout the day with the same menu at night.
If you want a short stay hotel with friendly staff in a great location then the Ibis is fine."
