We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."

My Expedia account showed payment on debit/credit to be made when I made the reservation. I was very, very disappointed. Kind of fraud!"
