"From the airport transfer which was particularly difficult after landing to the superb reception staff service this was a lovely one night stay close to Charleroi airport. It may be basic but rooms are clean and warm , beds are comfy and the pillows outstanding , leading to a fabulous nights sleep. We didn’t do breakfast however the restaurant and bar looked lovely. Little seating areas around reception . Everywhere looked very clean and well kept. Would stay again if using this airport. I would stay the receptionist who welcomed us and checked us out in the morning couldn’t have done more and is well informed , helped with onward travel advise. Bus stop right outside the hotel for easy transport to rail or Brussels Centre "

He was so helpful and genuinely nice, it shows how much he loves his job. ​A massive, heartfelt thank you to Sophie. We were celebrating my son's birthday during our trip, and she made it a point to make the occasion extra special for him. ​Beyond the service, the facilities were impeccable. Our room was incredibly spacious and well-appointed. It is rare to find a hotel room that truly has everything you could possibly need, but they nailed it here. It was comfortable, clean, and huge, perfect for a family. ​The breakfast was also a highlight, featuring fresh options that we looked forward to every day. ​If you are looking for a place that combines luxury comfort with heartwarming hospitality, look no further.
