"We really enjoyed our stay in spring here! The weather was gorgeous and everything so green and lush. The reception was amazing and helpful for booking our gondola trips and recommendations for good restaurants. They didn’t have a fridge in the room but they were able to store our goods in their private fridge behind the desk. Very helpful staff and the spa was very good. Nice sauna and pool with delicious teas to enjoy. Lots of free movies and shows to watch on TV in the room. Close to the main gondola and many good restaurants. Book your parking in advance otherwise you’ll be paying double at the local parking lots. Will definitely return in the winter for some skiing."

"Circumstances meant that I could not stay on the date booked. I contacted the hotel and Expedia to change the date and pay any difference. Request refused due to “hotel policy”. Totally inflexible. We went to another resort. "

"We are extremely happy with our stay at hotel Auberge du manoir. The hotel is beautiful, clean, charming and located in an excellent location within a few walks away from the actual town and shops. Our bedroom was perfect, with excellent views and lets just say we dreamt away with the top class beds and pillows. Never have we ever slept so well in any other hotel. Also, the attention to detail and the attention to cater their guests was also over the top. We felt so welcome and taken care of and thats thanks to Maurice at the reception. He was patient to answer all our questions and you can tell he loves what he does. We believe he can excel in a higher position as manager because he has what it takes. Thank you Maurice from us 4. If we come back to visit Chamonix again, we will certainly stay at this hotel again."

"Loved this property for our Christmas trip to Chamonix! Very convenient to all the restaurants and shopping and loved how large the rooms were in comparison to everything else in the area. Either a family of 4 and all our ski stuff, this kind of space is a luxury! Very clean. Wish they had breakfast but we were able to cook our own with the kitchenettes."

"Good central location, the staff super friendly and accommodating, but the area around the hotel (especially the parking lot in the back) is sketchy, the building itself is an older remodel, the AC was not working while we stayed there while there was a heat wave passing through town."
