"This property is two rooms next to a small hotel. There is no check-in desk, instead you are meant to fill in an online form and let them know your arrival time. We hadn't seen that instruction, and nobody answered when we phoned the number on the door at 8pm. Luckily a local was passing and was able to help contact the hotel and get us in. "Small hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. I am a very light sleeper and my room was right next to the elevator and the elevator shaft. I asked to be changed and the front desk manager was so helpful. The room I was then given was in tbe very corner of the top floor and very quiet and peaceful. "

"It was terrible. Had overlooked there was no aircondition in the room and it was hot and humid. But what made the stay terrible was that there furnace was broken so you could only shower in very cold water."

"Our family, including two kids were amazed by the hospitality of the hosts, cleaning was and warm atmosphere in this quite old but perfectly fitted house in the middle of old town of Provins. The breakfast was very special with high quality French food. The garden near the house was very private and relaxing. Very positive experience, thank you !"

"This was a small inn which was very nice. Breakfast buffet was very good and room was clean and nice. The area around it was very residential so not a lot of things to do close by. The staff was very nice and always looking to take care of you. Did not eat dinner but restaurant always seemed full so good sign many locals. Good access to lots of attractions by car and well worth the cost. "

"This place is such a beautiful hidden gem! Nicole and her husband were so warm and inviting! They facilitated an early checkin and provided a delicious wholesome breakfast. Everything was beautifully presented and unique. The room was immaculate - one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The room was equipped with everything we needed, it was warm and comfortable and we slept well. The property is beautiful and the surrounding area is stunning. The pictures definitely don’t do this place justice. We had parking and felt really safe and peaceful. Thank you so much for the perfect nights stay in the champagne region! Sadly the weather wasn’t on our side but everyone else was wonderful! "
