"After checking in shortly after 3:00pm and finding out that my disabled self had to climb stairs to get to my room was bad enough, then to make multiple trips to unload my truck only to find out that the TV would not work and I was being moved to the 1st floor which I asked for in the first place, then to get locked out of my new room with my Service Dog being inside when I went back out to get her kennell out of the truck, was extremely stressful, house keeping keys did not work, maintenance was called who showed up promptly to find out the batteries in my door lock were dead, after what seemed like a lifetime of being separated from my service dog. I was ready to bust out a window, I finally got into the room, my service dog was ecstatic to see me and it was after 8:00 pm in the evening. Good thing I fed her before all this happened. After waking up after a horrible night to see baby roaches in the kitchen area and bathroom. I figured it was time to check out even though I booked the weekend and head home. Will I ever book there again NOPE! I understand that you are on the coast but sink some money into this place and mantain it. between the bugs and the mold smell it was horrible! Suggestions to the Wyndham cooperation, personally visit each property and raise your expectations on your hotel/motel standards."

"We had a short overnight stay but were very impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby and hotel room. Aesthetics are modern and appealing. Monique at the front desk upon check in was kind enough to take the time to rework our existing reservation to have rooms directly next door to family. Breakfast offered a good variety. Buffet and eating area was clean and well kept. We will 100% stay again."

"This hotel should be condemned. When we arrived the staff was pleasant. We got to our room and opened the door and the smell about knocked us over. Once inside we noticed stains all over the bedding, back of door had something all over it. We sat on the end of the bed to see if any other hotel was available and started itching. There were knots flying all over the room. We packed up and left. Went to front desk and told them. He had a list of over 30 other rooms that they had marked as not to book because of issues with them."

"Everything was great for us, the only thing I could even hope to be better is not their fault. We chose a ‘pet friendly’ hotel and we have no pet, the odor in the hall was a bit strong but room had none. Still very happy with our stay."

"Everything was good, except when the elevator went out. Walking up and down 4 flights of stairs with a bad knee wasn't fun. I did like the fact that you had to use your key to actually enter the area where the rooms and elevator is located."

"The room was clean. The shower was not so good. The water was extremely hot and didn't want to cool off unless you turned it off. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The pool and hot tub were fantastic."
