"Nice location, staff is very friendly. Premium breakfast is worth the spend in our opinion. The downside, the rooms are too warm and are centrally controlled. Our room was 73 degree's, which for us was way too hot. Your only option is to open windows which is difficult to get the temperature consistent. There is also significant road noise where we were. The pillows suck, no other word for it. A pillow case with minimal fill, might as well have nothing. Asked for extra pillows, took 2 days to get them. This place serves a purpose, but is by no means luxury. "

"Great and easy check in with lovely staff. Room lively and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was plentiful at the buffet in the morning. Sauna was fantastic at the end of a long day and free to use from 4pm. Parking was easy just in front of the hotel. Great stay! "

"Apartment clean and comfortable although very expensive for the small size. 2nd bedroom like a box and no bedside lamp. What wasn’t managed well at all were the outside areas. Due to the weather, very slippery ice had formed and it was dangerous to walk to the door of apartment and to the car, especially with luggage. Grit previously thrown down had iced over so no use at all. In places there was 2 inches of water over sheet ice. In the middle of the access to car parking area there was a drain hole and about 1 foot deep of ice built up around it to the level of the car park with all the winter snow, so it had created an enormous pot hole. A grill should have been placed over this. Our car wheels went down this hole and we were lucky not to have damaged it. I went and reported the dangerous and icy conditions to the reception staff and a small amount of new grit was thrown down. More should have been done to improve this situation. If I had been able to find a metal spade I would have roughed up the ice myself by the front door to make it safer. The apartments are in a convenient location to access Lift 6 at Levi ski resort, however there are better value for money options in the resort."

"The lodge was sparkling clean and of the highest standard. It had everything you needed including dishwasher, cooking amenities, sauna and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and heating perfect. Checking in was easy with a door code and easy to follow home rules were made clear. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend."
