Everything has to be asked for (no third bed in room on arrival despite booking triple occupancy then no towels). The staff did not even put a refuse bin the room or a liner in the lavatory bin. Daily confusion over a table for breakfast was frustrating. Beware the layout as some builinga a considerable way from each other. Brand is a fabulous village, the Walliserhoff is not a fabulous institution. "

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was great too, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of fresh options every morning. What really stood out, though, was the warm hospitality, everyone was genuinely friendly and attentive. Turna Hotel exceeded all my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service!"
