"The room was clean and nice. For me the beds are always great to sleep in as little or as much as possible when I’m in Saratoga Springs. The staff always helpful and nice. WiFi was great."

"My husband and I stayed here after spending a day at the horse track. We just needed one night so we wouldn't have to drive home. We were pleasantly surprised how charming and convenient this place was. And not to mention the price was more than reasonable for staying right on the lake. We stayed in the Josephine room and it was comfortable and cozy. Nicely decorated as well. Easly self check-in. The only downside was you could hear guests in other rooms, especially above us. We ate outside on the patio at the attached tavern, The food was good and the staff was friendly. There was also live band playing outside which was a nice surprise. We tried the ice cream shop on the property as well. We enjoyed our night "in" and were thankful we didn't have to drive anywhere else. Great location."

"Upgraded to really nice room. Very clean, well done, felt luxurious. HVAC was loud and vibrating, but I just turned that off. Wish they had glasses instead of paper cups, but otherwise very comfortable room. Especially for the price"

"Elevator was out when we arrived. Do something for the inconvenience? We were fine carrying luggage up stairs but a simple acknowledgement would have been appreciated. Otherwise, staff were very good. Room was clean. Charming place."
