"Lovely room with balcony. Perfect location, walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and transportation. Breakfast in the downstairs restaurant was a Breakfast in the downstairs restaurant was a great plus. Only downside was temporary construction work being done on the upper levels, which was quite noisy during the day. Sara at the front desk was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and make my stay in Sarande memorable. "

"The hotel is new and very clean. The room was spacious and had all the amenities. I liked the hotel was nice and quiet. The staff were super friendly and helpful too. Location wise - a little further from the central town but not hugely far. I also would’ve like a better breakfast range for the premium side of this hotel. Overall would recommend."

"Had a very nice stay at San Angelo, staff was very friendly especially Maniraj. Views are spectacular overlooking the sea. Breakfast was OK. Location was good too, 20 mins walk from the promenade. Property offers parking but the entrance is very steep, so be careful!! "

"The place was clean and the staff were kind despite some language barriers from the female staff member, there was an issue with the phone so when I told male receptionist that I wanted breakfast at 9AM(they said they would call me when it’s ready) nobody came through and nobody came up to knock me because apparently they didn’t want to disturb I never said I didn’t want to be disturbed so somebody probably should’ve come up to get me because it meant that my breakfast was left out for an hour. They did however reluctantly remake my scrambled eggs (despite wanting to microwave them) I did have to eat the salad though that was left out for an hour. Further the biggest things that I took issue with was the room the bathroom is poorly designed the shower had no door meaning that when I came and I switched on the shower a jet of water came out and flooded the floor of the whole bathroom and I had to call the female receptionist to help. I also did not like the sink because when you wash your face, the water is splashing back up. Helpdesk is not 24 hours. The female receptionist said she was waiting for me to come back to lock the main door which I thought was strange and I was unaware of this just like I was unaware that I couldn’t have a friend upstairs, hence why I had to leave to catch up with them outside, which is odd for a hotel. You also cannot bring your breakfast to your room which is frustrating because my first day I brought food with me and was given cutlery to eat"

"Très bel emplacement avec plage privée et prêt de toutes les attractions. Accueil très chaleureux de Tony et il a été de bon conseil. Nous étions hors saison en début Avril. La piscine était donc fermée mais nous avions tout de même accès au chaise longue."

"Being a solo traveller is not easy but the staff at the Hotel really looked after me. It was out of season so normal amenities should not have been available but I was still spoilt for choice when eating all meals and really looked after by Arind, which was especially appreciated. I may certainly look to revisit in perhaps September to enjoy the Hotel in full flow !"
