"Staff on reception smoked and it drifted into our room, but they were helpful. Breakfast was adequate but was same every day. Close to shopping centre, half hour walk to city but a lot of graffiti. "

"The service of this hotel is great. We called asking for slippers, and in less that 5 minutes we got them. The next day, we asked for shaving kit, and also we got them in 5 minutes.
