Nice, quiet, clean and warm. As a family of four we had a great stay there. 100m away from a big supermarket, at the edge of old town and right next to the team, the location was fantastic too. Couldn't have asked for better.

Booked a apartment as i have two kids. Kitchen facility and dinning/ living room area was a amazing touch when it came to eating dinner in around the breakfast bar or very large tea table as a family. Room was clean and had ample bedding as you could turn the sofas in the livingroom into beds. Breakfast was great, option of hot and cold meats. Had a great stay here, amazing location in the Old Town which meant lots of attractions were only a couple minutes walk away so incredibly convenient. The breakfast was lovely and filling, the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend!

Clean and perfectly acceptable room situated in the heart of the city. This is not a luxury hotel but an affordable and sensible choice for someone requiring a convenient base in Sarajevo. Staff were most helpful and organised a fixed price airport transfer which was better than using a taxi.

The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk away from the old town area. The room was large and clean and had all the facilities I needed and more for a weekend break. It was also in a very quiet area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying in a good quality central Sarajevo hotel at anytime.

Location is absolutely perfect in the old town - the restaurant opposite serves the best Cevapi! Hotel itself is brilliant - friendly and helpful staff, really comfortable beds and nice sized rooms. Would highly recommend and certainly will be our first choice when we next visit Sarajevo, I would not consider looking anywhere else.

Fab modern stylish hotel right in the old town and on the river bank (100m from site where Franz-Ferdinand was assassinated). Handy for all sight, shops, bars, restaurants.,, etc. Staff helpful and friendly and can organise transfers, trips, etc.

The rooms were pretty nice. It’s basic but it did the job perfectly. Had air conditioning which was needed in the heatwave but there seem to be a sound issue with the AC unit. Occasionally it would sound as if someone was knocking but other than that, no issues. Location was perfect, the Old Town is on your doorstep and it’s a 15 minute walk to the Yellow Fortress. Would stay here again.

Lovely hotel with a really fantastic family who run it. They were very kind. Breakfast was delicious and smooth process from start to finish! The only feedback I have is that our bedroom had a lot of small windows, the main windows had curtains but the smaller windows didn't. During the lighter months when we stayed (June), the sun would come into the room very early in the morning which did wake me up very early. Aside from that everything was great.

Staff so friendly and helpful thanks to both young ladies, sorry we should have asked for your names. Mountain view superb, shower superb. Breakfast paid seperately. Room was dated, and a kettle and safe would be ideal really. However perfect location and thanks to you all
