"Arrived to discover safety and other issues in our room. Checked on changing rooms but were told all similar rooms had the same safety issue. Also, upholstered chair arms were filthy and torn in one place. It looked like property might be located in a questionable part of town, and the last straw was that the breakfast drink dispenser had an "out of order" sign on it. With all of that, we decided to find another place to stay. There was also a $100 "damage deposit" required on check-in because the reservation was made on Expedia, which wasn't returned until eight days later. I'm left with the impression that this is a poorly run inn. This was definitely the nastiest room we encountered on our entire trip. No refund was given for our non-stay."

"I was greatly impressed with this property. The staff was awesome and had all needed amenities. Only drawbacks was a dirty room ac filter and a bathroom drain plug that didn’t work. Was still a very pleasant one night stay. Many thanks to all! "

"The room was clean but the back of the door to the closet (which was a full sized mirror) had an eye level place that you could look through the mirror from the back side which was a little odd. The AC unit didn’t work great, and there was no couch as stated on the listing. There also was a prom happening during my stay at a different facility and every single parking spot in the hotel lot and neighboring lots were taken up. While this wasn’t entirely in their control, they did nothing to prevent people who were not staying at the hotel from parking in the parking lot and had no solution for guests to park. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, just some things that could be remedied."

"No microwave in room. ONLY negative. It’s definitely my favorite in Tulsa. Clean, exceptionally organized room, super comfy bed!"

"A very outdated room! We had to have the front desk lady (maintenance) come up three times to get the TV to work. The room smelled like a big smelly dog had just left. We asked for a different room, but they said they were sold out. (even though we saw several empty rooms at the time) we pre purchased two nights. We had to have the cleaning person bring deodorizer up, which only helped for about 30 minutes. The lotion dispenser on the wall was empty so I went to find the cleaning person,,, they said they would be right up, and proceeded to bring hair conditioner. "Come on Man" The decaf coffee container looked broken, so no decaf coffee. The breakfast was okay! It's a good thing I didn't pay a lot for our stay! I would not recommend this place!"
