"The downstairs lobby was beautiful, but you feel like there was a bait and switch when you get upstairs to your room. The smell was so bad until you opened the window and aired your room. The room was small and made me think it was a remodeled motel. The beds were clean along with the bathroom. Unfortunately I didnโ€™t get to sleep much because it was like sleeping on boards. It was great as a break, but I wouldnโ€™t live in the hotel. "

"The hotel is in a convenient location, with easy access to the train station and to cafes and restaurants, and with a convenience store next to reception. The rooms are reasonably comfortable and equipped, but generally the place looks like it could do with some refurbishment. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The most significant problem for us was that the WiFi is pretty terrible - at times we couldn't even connect, let alone play YouTube videos."

If you want to get out of the bustle of Seoul see some history and Catholic pilgrimage sites, this the place to stay. You will not get a better experience any place else!
