Hotel Villa Rossa
Falha no serviço de quarto. Éramos 3 hóspedes, mas, na segunda noite, havia apenas 2 toalhas de banho. Solicitei uma toalha e condicionador, pelo ramal da recepção. Passados 30 minutos, o pedido não havia sido atendido. Liguei novamente e o próprio funcionário, surpreso, exclamou “meu Deus!”. E disse ...
