"Amazing wonderful stay. Very helpful and kind staff including front desk, housekeeping and kitchen staff. Great breakfast in the morning. Clean room and quite spacious. From the minute we entered the hotel we were impressed. Staff at reception were amazing.we were taken up to our suite by Paulo he explained everything about the suite how stuff worked, told us about the bars in the hotel he was fantastic. If you can treat yourself to a suite as they are simply amazing. There was nothing we could fault about our stay at this hotel. Check in was easy with details sent in advance by WhatsApp. The property location isn't immediately obvious but I only missed it by few meters when using the sat nav. My room was outside behind the kitchen and very spacious. Breakfast was fine although choice was a little limited. I had no issues parking outside the property but that might not always possible as there is room for just 3 or 4 vehicles. However there are alternatives further along the street within walking distance.

Arrived to the hotel 2hrs late at 12pm late due to flight. Were met by a friendly night receptionist, who welcomed us and gave us a quick run down on the facilities and the various timings.
Throughout our weeks stay we had no issues only good helpful encounters with all the staff in the hotel.

Very welcoming staff at reception. Advise them if you want breakfast during your stay. Our room was a good size but the hot water was sometimes erratic. Breakfast was really good, lots of crispy bacon and hot pancakes. Difficult to find fault with anything really.

The buffet breakfast provided excellent value for money as there was a wide range of fruits, meats, cheeses & breads to choose from for continental style breakfast - as well as eggs, bacon and sausages. We always left very full!

Very enjoyable holiday, beautiful island with spectacular views, a must to see with an abundance of flowers on the hedgerows, everywhere is kept spotlessly clean and maintained in a pristine condition, easy access to viewing points by car which can be hired at very reasonable rates, good selection of cafes and restaurants around the island serving excellent food at reasonable prices. We both enjoyed seeing the museum at the Forte de Sao Bras, Ponta Delgada, situated at the end of the promenade....
