The staff are very warm and friendly, there is a parking pass available to rent, there is free breakfast, they offer a birthday cake delivered to room to celebrate a bday, and the view is amazing. She was an amazing young lady in helping me book my day tours and yes helping me find another hotel as I messed up and didn't book my last night and their hotel was booked up.
