"Na recepção, tentaram ser proativos quando nos receberam.
O detalhe é que nos enviaram para uma acomodação inferior ao que tínhamos contratado.
Reclamamos o descuido (ao ver inaceitável) e nos mudaram de quarto.
O que alugaram como suíte super luxo, tinha um suporte de toalhas que estava solto na parede. A tampa do vaso sanitário, também estava solta e para complicar, tínhamos contratado uma suíte com banheira com hidromassagem, considerando que queríamos descansar e relaxar um pouco mais,...

"The breakfast was probably the best one I’ve had since I’ve been in Brazil. Also had dinner there one night and it was great. Not standard hotel food. Obviously the restaurant is ran by someone who cares a lot about food. "
