Decepção

A minha experiência foi decepcionante. Ao chegar a noite no hotel, o apartamento não estava arrumado. Tive que sair com a família enquanto esperava a arrumação ser feita. Ao chegar no apartamento, as roupas de cama não tinham sido trocadas, uma das camas tinha até cabelo em cima. Tive que esperar mais um bom tempo até que providenciassem a troca. Na saída, fui surpreendido por uma senhora entrando em meu quarto antes de realizar o check out. Ficamos os dois constrangidos. Um absurdo. Além disso, a funcionária do check in nos recebeu de forma grosseira como se estivéssemos ali pedindo um favor pra ela. O hotel não tem estacionamento gratuito. Quem for de carro, prepare-se para pagar 18 Reais por dia ou deixar o carro na rua. A cidade é ótima e tenho certeza que existem outros hotéis bem melhores.

Um pouco frustrante. Hotel bem localizado porem muito antigo. Wifi muito lento, estacionamento gratuito, porem afastado do hotel e cobram um seguro adicional de R$28,00 por dia.

Bem localizado e sem maiores burocracias

Tive problema c o ar, mas me trocaram de quarto sem dramas. A única coisa q não gostei foi do almoço, achei pouca variedade e caro, pois não estava incluído no pacote. Não me importaria de pagar se me atendesse. No mais, excelentes atendentes... Mto capricho e pra quem gosta de lugar calmo, é perfeito. Ótima piscina. Os animadores não são animadores... Já presenciei melhores.
