I was staying overnight on a road trip to Portugal. The hotel was clean, modern rooms were fantastic great value for money. If you need a place to stay over I can't recommend enough would definitely use it again.

Knowing only a few words of Spanish was of no hindrance to our stay at this perfectly located hotel in Badajoz. For instance, the reception staff helped us order taxis and transitioned seamlessly between Spanish and fluent English, for which we were most grateful. Excellent stay. First time myself and our toddler had a night away without mum. Beautiful location in Badajoz; staff were excellent, lady at reception couldn’t do enough for us and the lady at breakfast was very helpful indeed. Would use again or recommend to friends and family. The room was lovely and worth getting a room with the kitchenette! The staff were great, Marianna did our check in and was so nice. Was good with my 2yo lad, she was excellent and couldn’t do enough for us.

The hotel is in an excellent position, parking is easy and access to the city is a few minutes on foot.
It is a beautiful property, lovely places to sit inside and out.
Our historic room was very clear, large and well presented.
I will definitely look forward to staying here again

Good location to explore an interesting old town, right next to the huge aqueduct. Very helpful with parking for our motorbikes too - right outside the reception doors where they could be watched 24-7.
