"The staff here really make the hotel. Other reviewers note that it is a little dated, but you soon forget about that with the amazing welcome. The staff were so helpful and polite. The service was wonderful. It was in a great location. We did not struggle with street parking and staff helped advise. The mattress was a little hard and air conditioning not so powerful, but a fan was quickly provided. Lovely gardens and so very quiet when inside. We would pick this hotel again. Thanks for a super stay and your professionalism."
