The property manager and his staff were very helpful and friendly. We arrived after 1:00AM and the manager came to greet us and asked if we needed help with anything which was very nice of him.

We set up an airport transfer with the front desk in person for a return stay after our safari's.. no one showed up and we were stuck at Arusha Airport until we realized no one was coming. 2.
