Constructive criticism.
The hotel is in a great location for the beach. This is a lovely hotel, and enjoyed my stay here. I would have scored it higher, accept day couple of issues. The bathroom was not fully cleaned on arrival, or during our stay. On arrival, there was no shower gel or shampoo. We stayed four nights and the the shower gel was never replaced. Despite daily request. The breakfast buffet was excellent and varied. All the staff were very friendly.

Conveniently located and close to the beach. Unfortunately, management does not seem to supervise properly its staff nor regular operation of the hotel. Breakfast was well below Brazilian standards: eggs were not available for two of the four days I stayed, quality of coffee was less than average, and no natural juice fruits

The hotel is nice overall but far from perfect. The hotel uses liquid soap, shampoo, and hair conditioner, which is supplied in the shower via pump despensers. However, the cleaning staff never remembers to check and refill it. During my second day of a 5 day trip we ran out of all three products (only two people in the room!) and had to leave a note for the cleaning staff reminding them to refill it. After checking out, my travel plans unexpectedly changed. Therefore, I had to book another room for one night. And when I went into the bathroom to take a shower, once again the liquid soap dispenser was empty. I can only conclude that forgetting to refill the containers is a common problem. Secondly, the room includes breakfast but I found the breakfast to be lacking. Similar hotels offer someone who is preparing fresh to order omelets and stuffed tapioca. This hotels offers often overcooked scrambled eggs with absolutely no seasoning and completely lacks common breakfast items such as bacon. My VIP room included a very chique comfortable for the bed. However, it was too thick and heavy and spent the entire time on the floor because we would have been sweating like pigs if we used it. Would I return? Probably. But, it probably would not be my first choice due to these problems.

Nice hotel, great location!
Lovely hotel in a great location. Just one block from the beach, with a supermarket nearby and great facilities on site. The pool was very cold but poolside was nice for just sunbathing and relaxing. Breakfast was decent, not a huge amount for vegans but the fruit was nice! I requested a room with an ocean view and it was lovely. There was some work being done on apartments nearby during the day but it didn't really bother me too much.

Nice hotel in Santos. Only downfall is that floors above level 14 are still being renovated so couldn’t get a high floor. Roof top was really nice with a nice view. Will stay again next time I go to Brazil.

It is a very clean and well maintained place, modern, staff is very helpful and profissional. The only thing that needs to get better is the wi-fi internet. Not sure if the floor that i was had an issue, but it kept going up and down. Besides that, perfect location, and walk distance to restaurants and beach.

Rooms are clean, well-designed, and modern. Though the room size is not large, because of the quality of layout and fixtures it feels very comfortable. The bathroom is very modern. The room was clean. The hotel amenities were closed due to COVID19. Location is convenient to the beach and nearby shops.

Excellent 10.0
It was a great place to stay very clean and staff are very helpful and friendly. Very good breakfast with lots of choices. Very clean gym sauna and swimming pool. Above all it was a very good experienced and i would stay here again next time l visit Santos.
