Isolated area and hard to find transportation to other areas (taxis are pretty sparse and the bus only runs every 2 hours or so). The room was spacious and breakfast was decent. The lock on the door was super flimsy and the safe didn’t work, so overall felt like security was weak. No WiFi in the rooms which would have been a deal breaker had I known. Barely accessible WiFi in the common areas.

The room was extremely uncomfortable as there was hardly any airconditioning. We had a triple room. We asked the reception for a fan and they said they did not have one. (They were using a fan in the reception!) We ordered Greek Salad in the restaurant and it came without olives!! All in all it was a terrible experience.

Très mauvais

Fin de saison certes mais ce n'est pas une raison pour laisser ses clients à l'abandon ! Pas de serviette dans la chambre, petit déjeuner détestable avec jus d'orange rallongé à l'eau, salle de bain qui mériterait clairement d'etre refaite, aucune insonorisation, personnel peu aimable, piscine dégueulasse... transats défoncés...Bref, c'est passable si vous y passez une nuit mais pas plus.

I utgangspunktet et greit sted for noen få netter, bortsett fra at air condition ikke virket på rommet, og da fikk vi ikke sove godt. Ingen heis, mange trapper. Luftig og god altan og relativt stort bad trekker opp. Dårlig wifi. Det ble reklamert at den virket i lobby, men det gjorde den ikke for oss. Vi hadde derimot nett i bassengområde og på restauranten.

Close to beach and airport. Car reccommended.

We got to know the Island well by our central location on the Eastern shore, requiring a car to get around but a great value overall. Rocky black beach. Nice breakfast included. If you want more expensive cliff side accomodations, this is not for you.

Soggiorno da incubo e Hotel da incubo!!!!!!

In merito all'hotel abbiamo trovado una location completamente deserta, camera e sopratutto bagni da terzo mondo. Il nostro soggiorno nell'hotel prevedeva pernottamento e prima colazione, Il giorno successivo all'arrivo abbiamo provato a utilizzare la prima colazione regolarmente pagata: assortimento inesistente, con mosche sui cibi esposti a buffet.Dopo aver visto tutto ciò...... Non Abbiamo Mai Più Utilizzato il sevizio!!!! Ci siamo dovuti arrangiare facendo aggravare ulteriori spese a nostro carico. La spiaggia da terzo mondo completamente abbandonata. Lettini rotti, nessun servizio o persone disposte ad assistenza. Possiamo dire che il personale nei nostri disagi ci ha aiutato con zelo. Ci sentiamo di dire grazie unicamente al personale!!! Per il resto giudicate voi!!!!! Da vergognarsi!!!!!!!!

Big disappointment

The only good experience about our stay here was the lady at the front desk & our food at the tavern she recommended. I booked this hotel last minute & by the pics shown. The pool was cold & needed to be cleaned. Very limited breakfast menu. The hotel is located near airport which makes it very noisy & it's not convenient if u r looking to explore outside the hotel. The first few days we had to go to the hotel next door for lunch cuz the kitchen was closed. We rented a car on our 3rd day cuz we couldn't stay stranded here any longer. We drove from one end to the other end of the island in one day.

Inconvinient and terrible service

The hotel is not really close to anything and the service was extremely bad. One of the staff actually sore at us when we asked for directions to hotel and ended up getting lost.

Mediocre and convenient hotel

The hotel was in a pretty convenient location and they upgraded the room which was nice. The hotel staff were patient and friendly, but some of the services offered like the beach, restaurant, and internet were not that nice or of good quality. Still, it's a good bargain for a couple of days. I would recommend getting your own transportation for travel around the island.

Dommage que le bruit ai gâché notre séjour car l'hôtel est plutôt agréable et le service est de qualité. Petit bémol également sur la propreté de la piscine et un matelas extrêment dur...et les avions tout proches!!! Par contre le service et le personnel sont très de très bonnes qualités et très disponibles. Le petit déjeuner est également à revoir malgré un joli environnement.

Very nice hotel for the budget

The hotel was definitely a three star hotel, but it was perfect because we were looking for something in our budget and next to water. The staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean. The only disadvantages were: wifi is very weak in the rooms so you must go to the lobby for internet. Our shower door would not shut properly, so everytime we showered, there was a huge puddle of water. Lastly, the hotel is a bus ride away from the main city area (Fira), so we were further away from many restaurants, ATM machines, tourist shopping areas. However, the bus comes by every hour from the hotel area, so getting to the city is easy. Overall, we had a great stay where we could relax and be away from the city feel!

Geht so

Wir haben dieses Hotel nicht ausgesucht, da wir durch andere Umstände dieses bekommen habe. Und meistens gebe ich auch keine Meinungen ab, aber dieses mal schon. Für diesen Preis habe ich doch ein wenig mehr erwartet. Frühstück nur von 8.00 bis 10.00, keine frischen Früchte keine rechten Getränke usw. also sehr enttäuschend. Als wir kamen war der Pool noch sauber, aber von Tag zu Tag immer mehr Algen wurde nie geputzt. Taverne geschlossen und Polbar keine Snacks keine grosse Getränkeauswahl. Die Lage ist direkt am Flughafen aber gibt schlimmeres. Personal nicht zuvorkommend.
