This property was wonderful! The breakfast is delicious and cooked to order. The rooms are comfortable, cool and quiet. A short walk to Oia but away from the crowds. Would stay again!

The best hotel I ever stayed!! The room is so cute and iconic of Santorini! We enjoyed the clean and quiet swimming pool. We also enjoyed the sunset in front of our room. There is no TV in the room, That makes us more relaxed. The hotel’s restaurant is amazing! Although you need to walk around 15 min. to the main street of Oia, the root is so simple, just go straight. We stayed 3 nights here and would like to come again!!

We stayed at Finikia Memories Hotel during our honeymoon and it was our favourite hotel of the trip! Big clean rooms, a lovely pool, and the breakfast every morning was amazing (with a fantastic view too!). The hotel is a very easy walk to Oia and it was nice to be so close, but out of all the busyness. Highly recommend staying here!

Very nice hotel and unique concept of cave living. Easy access to oia and fira by bus from hotel entrance. Service was as expected Have very good elaborated breakfast and supportive staff.

All Staff is kind, friendly and polite. 15 minutes walk to get to Oia so easy to access and quite around there. The only thing I can share is difficult to understand how to lock the door with key. Maybe I’m not familiar with it…

Loved staying at this property. The rooms are very cute and clean, comfortable beds, air conditioning. The breakfast every morning was really good and nice variety. The pool area is super relaxing and pleasant. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. You are a small walk to the main town area in Oia but it only takes about 15 minutes. Would stay here again.

This hotel was super clean and the staffs were nice. We can go to OIA on foot. In OIA, there were lots of restaurants/cafes that opened untill night, so this location was helpful. Also this hotel's restaurant didn't disappoint us at all:)

Highly recommend Finikia Memories. Great value for money, excellent service, clean, authentic accomodation. The on site restaurant is really excellent (best food I had in Santorini). The included breakfast was simply fantastic and provided the best start to the day. Incredible views of the famous sunset and only over the road from wonderful hiking paths providing the best views of the caldera. On this occasion I was travelling alone for a peaceful break and it was the perfect place for that. I could not recommend it highly enough

I had a wonderful stay at Finikia Memories for two nights. The place is impeccably clean, with spotless rooms and stunning views overlooking both the sea and the pool. The breakfast was continental with a wide variety, from fresh orange juice to some of the most delicious omelets I’ve ever had. The staff at both the hotel and restaurant were incredibly friendly and attentive. The restaurant’s view is absolutely breathtaking! If you enjoy walking, it’s only about a 20-minute walk to the center of beautiful Oia and the famous Dome. Highly recommend this hotel!

We had a fantastic week at this hotel! We loved everything about it - location, great staff, brilliant restaurant and lovely room! We arrived late around 11pm and the roof terrace restaurant with views to Oia was still serving food and the staff were very accommodating, with nothing too much trouble. Food and service was always excellent, with everything freshly cooked and the same at breakfast which was also fabulous and cooked to order! Great menu and wine/cocktail selection too! Our room (22) opened directly onto the pool which was great, room was spacious, spotlessly clean and serviced daily, bed large and comfortable, great shower room and plenty of toiletries plus kettle, tea and coffee, water and a useful fridge! The air con also worked perfectly! Wi-Fi was sporadic poolside but fine at the top by the restaurant and reception, so we did not see this is an issue at all, despite what others have said! Location - some beautiful walks on the doorstep, easy 15 minute gentle downhill walk to Oia (which was amazing) and bus stop virtually outside the hotel (buses easy to use, reliable and very cheap)! We loved the pool and the hotel and gardens were all immaculate! We will definitely be returning to beautiful Santorini and to this fantastic hotel! The hotel arranged a taxi transfer back to airport cost Euro 45, excellent service! Thank you to all the team at Hotel Finikia Memories for making our holiday so special!

Cute property, common area wifi only

The good: Decent size room, nice bed, full size restroom, nice staff, breakfast included The bad: No TV in room, room blocks cell signal (using travel pass from home network, connects to Nova in Greece) , no wifi in room (only in common areas) as if ppl want to sit outside with the heat and bugs to connect to wifi. Charge guest for transport to and from the airport, it’s the same price of calling an Uber -+ £5. The ugly: No A/C! The management decided that the temperature outside wasn’t high enough so they disabled the A/C in the rooms, heat only. Mind its people tanning by the pool. Im applying sunscreen daily before going outside. I think that should be at the discretion of the guest to turn on or off the A/C. After our 1st day out, we returned pretty late. The room smelled like someone had come in and repainted, then locked everything. My wife had a headache. Again, it was late so we notified the front desk after we returned the next evening prior to our departure. The offered a fan.
