My Fiancé and I had a reservation at this hotel for August 2020; and we were not able to visit the hotel due to GREECE and US travel restrictions. We are very disappointed with this hotel because they were not accommodating at all. We requested a full refund for our stay considering the fact that the travel restrictions in place due to covid were out of our control. Our stay was for late August, and I contacted Expedia in the beginning of July to receive a refund, however the hotel was closed. After contacting expedia at least 3-4 times, Expedia finally contacted the hotel on our behalf, and informed us that the hotel manager Ionnis is refusing to give us a refund. The only option given was to book a stay for summer of 2021, however we felt that is unacceptable considering we were unaware of future travel restrictions at the hands of covid. Expedia did not help our situation either, they refused to give us a refund or even a credit. We have been loyal Expedia customers for years, however they have lost our business due to their lack of customer service.

We were here for just over a week and had a great time. We were greeted on arrival and made to feel very welcome and this continued throughout our stay and took the fabled Greek hospitality to a whole new level. The whole team were helpful and willing to offer guidance as needed. The location was perfect, a short stroll to the beach, if you didn't want to sit next to the pool, and lots of restaurants but also very handy to visit other areas of the island for which we hired a car for the day.
