"La atención es espectacular, la mujer de la recepción es muy querida y el señor que nos entregó la habitación también muy querido. Siento que le doy 3 estrellas porque tienen algunas falencias en sus instalaciones, no en el servicio. Por ejemplo, para empezar, si saben que en la zona de las cabañas no hay señal telefónica yo ubicaría el router del Starlink que tienen en el techo del restaurante para que así llegue señal a las cabañas de la parte baja de la montaña en las que estábamos. Lovely location overlooking the hills and lake. Free use of canoes and kayaks to explore the lake which was my favourite thing to do. Great for bird watching. Each site is secluded, separated by the natural foliage. Sleeping pods are comfortable, although if you’re tall you’ll need to sleep slightly curled up and each have private jacuzzi’s. As this site is on the hill be prepared to walk around 5 mins up to the site, not a problem if you have small bags but we stayed as part of a long South...

If you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle for a few days, this is the perfect place. The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature and wildlife, with a wonderfully peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were genuinely exceptional, always friendly, welcoming and happy to help. Easy to get to Guatape rock by Tuk Tuk. One tip: don't rely on Google Maps for the final stretch. Follow the directions provided by the hotel and consider taking a tuk-tuk, as recommended. We'd highly...

To be honest- our entire stay revolved around the food at this hotel. We couldn’t wait to go back down to the restaurant each day and taste something new. I have never eaten at a restaurant five times in a row and everything I ordered was perfection. It was really the highlight of our stay. They upgraded us to a room that had a private hot tub— this was sooooooo nice. All we did was soak in the hot tub, relax and eat. The town of Guatape itself was underwhelming— but our stay at the hotel made...
