Room was nice. Most of the staff was friendly. Some were not as friendly. Room service food was very simple in choices. Pool closed at 6 pm and no hot tubs anywhere! That was a big bummer. Everything else was fine but nightly events are better in Cancun.

The property is very beautiful and everything was pretty walkable… The only thing I would say is that in our room, which was beautiful had super high ceilings, but not much lighting would’ve liked to have had a little more lighting in the room.,,,, Otherwise it was beautiful also make sure you check out the waterpark. We did not get a chance to cause we found out about it on the last day.

Very clean and all the staff is really nice and very attentive i will definitely be returning i like all the amenities it has especially the nice out door area with the bar and pool/jacuzzi thanks so much for making me feel so comfortable.
