"Unfortunately, we were only at the property for a few hours and it was night time, so we didn't really see anything other than the room and the front office. But what little we saw was promising. It's just unfortunate that they close the facilities early. My son wanted to use the gym and I wanted to get a massage but everything closes down at 10pm and we arrived at 9:30pm."

"I would have rated the property much higher save for two issues. The good part was that the property was well located for us near major routes. It was spacious and clean. The bad part was that we didn't have any heat for the first half of our stay when outside temperature was 2 degrees. The other problem was check-in which supposed to be from 4-8pm but there was no-one there. "Perfectly fine, minimalist aparthotel. Quiet (apart from the traffic on the main road) and within easy walking distance of Valle Real station and the Maliaño suburb of Santander. Will stay again if in the area."

El sofá estaba viejisimo daba pena, los colchones se hundian en el centro y no se podía descansar por las noches. La atención por parte de recepción muy buena, la lavadora no iba y pronto nos cambiaron a otro de las mismas características pero la limpieza seguía estando igual de mal, y los colchones también aunque por lo menos...

"When we arrived (girlfriend and 4 year old daughter), we were greeted by friendly staff which was great and at first glance the room/hotel was also great. There were a few let downs but we did not argue/complain as the cost was relatively cheap and we are generally easy going people. Im afraid the worst bit for us was the beds & pillows - they were extremely firm and did not give a good night sleep at all. I hate to say but towards the end of the holiday, I dreaded going to bed. "Where do I start? First, the positives which were very few. Very warm welcome by a lovely lady, nicely decorated rooms, lovely big bed, good shower. On the negative side, very difficult to find and had to park in an unsecured public car park half a mile away with narrow cobbled streets to negotiate. Breakfast served in room and left the night before was virtually inedible - stale bread and cakes, tea but no kettle, fruit way past its sell by date including black bananas. No air con and very hot...
