"Check-in was easy and the manager speaks great English. The first night our bed was very uncomfortable and the next morning we spoke to the manager and he got us in a new room right away and that bed was very comfortable! We appreciated him dealing with our complaint right away. He told us later ..."

"It’s nice but it’s a bit run down. I’d say it’s more a 3 star with nice service. Breakfast could be better but we didn’t prepay so only did it once. It is secluded but close enough to easily get a ride. Staff are great which we find to be true all over Thailand"
