This is a clean, newer and safe property. It is located a few minutes from the center of the city and less than 10 minutes from the famous "The Monument" area. I would definitely come back to the same apartment if it is available when I return to Santiago. Great Place!.

This is false advertisement by this site. The property was not available for occupancy due to ongoing repairs. I ended up staying at a different location. I'd like a refund.

You absolutely should not book your stay with this property. We tried to reach the owner the prior day and the day of our arrival. We were unable to reach her. We went to the apartment complex, and only the apartment guard was finally able to reach her. When I spoke with her, she said that she was out of the country and not able to get the key to us. She offered a different apartment in the center of the city, which was not convenient for us. We were unable to stay at this apartment, and we needed to find a different place to stay. Now, Expedia has spoken with the property owner and Expedia does not want to give us a refund because the property owner said that it is a cancellation. Absolutely do not book your stay with this property. You might not be able to stay there.
