The room was nice, the view was not the pleasant to the eye. The shower pressure was great and the bed was nice.

Very basic rooms, but comfortable. We did not like the choice of the shower glass door. Only covers half of the length of the shower place and it is hard not to make a mess by spilling water out of the tub area.

The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating. My friend and I had ridden our bikes up to Santiago de Compostela along the Camino. They had a place to store our bikes and helped us find a box and tape to package all the extra gear (panniers, helmets, etc.) we had to return to the company. They housed the bikes and package until the company came the next day to pick them up. Excellent service. Would recommend!

I stayed there for two nights with my six years old boy. Señor Alejandro at the reception was extremely kind and helpful, my son straight away felt at easy with him (after coming from an early flight my son was a little grumpy). The room was clean and comfortable, the only thing I would say was that there was a light on the ceiling that was a bit annoying at night as it did not help to allow to fall asleep / it was a unfixed aperture in the ceiling (but I did not report it). I did to complained about some smell in the toilet and the receptionist apologised and told me he will inform the cleaner. When I returned I did not feel any smell, so I felt my comment was taken seriously and dealt with, which is always a great sign of excellence in customer service. The hotel is a 11minutes walk to the cathedral and is a very enjoyable walk, with many shops and bars along the way. Also is close to the train and bus station which is a plus, as currently there seem to be problems with taxis availability.

I was wonder that this hotel is 2 STAAR according to reviews. In my opinion is more than 2. Rooms very clean enough space. Great location. Breakfast only 5. Elevator a big plus. People very helpful. I was planning stay 2 nights and I ended with 3 nights. If they will add better amenities like good shampoo and water will be more than 3 STAARS

My flight with Vueling was cancelled on the day (July 30) I was flying out and on the day I was going to check in to Hotel Windsor. I called the hotel for a refund or to change the room to another night and there was no attempt to give me a good price to stay the night for the following time I could fly out (August 2), which was much more expensive. The receptionist couldn't have been less interested in finding a solution for me. It's not the hotel's fault that my flight was cancelled but the attitude of the staff was completely indifferent. They couldn't have cared less. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Santiago do Compostela. What a shame!

Céntrico muy recomendable

Muy centrico, con estación de tres/bus a 10 minutos y centro antiguo a misma distancia. Hotel básico pero con lo necesario para una buena estancia. Personal muy atento y amable. Muy recomendable.
