"Parking was nice. Pool area was nice. Location is the best. It was walkable pretty much anywhere we wanted to go in Gatlinburg. Breakfast was average. We would stay here again."

"The staff was very friendly, kind, helpful. They LOVED interacting with our Beagle Theodore. They showed him so much love. We had a great view of the mountains. We did unfortunately miss breakfast during our stay, so I can not leave a review for that. The hotel was also quiet & in sections of different buildings making it more personal. We had a nice large private balcony that is separate from the main entrance of our room. Also the parking was not in front of anyone's bedroom window."

"The hotel overall was good. We had an accessible room which was very spacious. The bath tub had an accessible bench that was great however there was no hand held spray wand making the shower inaccessible for me."

"Again spending a lot of money for an ok facility. Staff was great but too few One elevator not working entire time when we got there room door lock was broken had to move rooms. When we went to breakfast they were always out of food. Nice beds and comfortable not in the center of the village but u have a free shuttle Overall ok"
