"The apartment was really good and we were made to feel so welcome couldn’t believe it was so just a really big surprise on entering the house. The breakfast was also really nice and we were really happy to have such a nice choice and we’re certainly looked after well"

"Tired - needs refresh. Mould in bathroom, generally quite scruffy. Stayed in another Brit hotel elsewhere at that one was excellent, so quite disappointed with this one. Served a purpose as it’s handy for the ferry."

"The main reason we booked the hotel was because it had a swimming pool. Unfortunately on the occasions we went to the pool, the pool for proper swimming was blocked off for private classes. This left up to 20 people crowded into the "fun pool" which meant we couldn't actually swim in it without knocking ..."
