"We were looking for a pet-friendly hotel. My son works in the hotel industry and he suggested this hotel. We were quite impressed with the customer service, the fact that the hotel does not charge a pet fee and the beauty of the hotel. The only thing we didn't care for was the restaurant Caya. The atmosphere and live music were wonderful, but the food was not very tasty. That wouldn't stop us from coming back because there are many food locations within walking distance from the hotel. We also chose a room with a patio which was nice because we could sit outside our room and enjoy the live music and relaxing ambiance."

"Great little staycation with a family of 3 kids. Pool was great. The beach was a fun adventure but it took a minute to get all the tar off from the beach. The food at all the restaurants was excellent they have an amazing amount of options for the kids. Overall wonderful stay."

"It was very easy to check in. I love that we had self parking. We had breakfast in our stay. It was a very simple, but it was nice to have. The coffee was amazing. The only thing that I would have to say is that for the second day no one cleaned the room they did not bring us extra towels. They did not took out the trash and we had two children, so I just went outside and took out the trash, but the place itself is very beautiful. You can feed the ducks and the swans. The pool was nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great stay here. The hotel was very conveniently located near the freeway and great shopping and restaurants. My room was clean and cozy with a great view of the pool. Although the hotel is older, there renovated rooms were comfortable and had great amenities like a nice size refrigerator and safe."
