"Hotel and location excellent only downside no tea/coffee facilities in the room.The two young men and young woman on the Reception were excellent, very helpful, informative and friendly also the gentleman and young man around the pool friendly and helpful. The breakfast and restaurant waiters seemed unfriendly, no good morning/good evening or even a smile, same with other management staff. "

"Stayed for 7 nights in a balcony room in June, this hotel was just fabulous the rooms were spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent with hot and cold food but best of all was the reception staff who couldn’t do enough to make our stay the best it could be. The hotel is so central to all the restaurants and directly across from the beach, will definitely be back."

"The location is great less than 5 minutes from all the restaurants and bars in Modello but in a quiet place where you can relax in the garden and the pool. The hotel and room is perfectly clean and we had a lovely terrace to look out over the sea. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The entire staff (receptionists Flavia and Antonella, waiters Mario, Mateo, and Masimo, along with the chambermaids) were exceptionally polite, friendly, and very helpful. The same applies to Pietro, the proprietor of this hotel, who continues to operate this establishment that has been in his family for generations with utmost professionalism and courtesy toward his guests. My wife and I loved our stay there and would definitely stay there again."
