We liked the property as it was located in the middle of everything like supermarket, malls, and restaurant. We don’t liked that the property had intermittent hot water in the bathroom and no bidet in the toilet. We get a Business Deluxe room and those are not the standard room amenities. The food in the restaurant are cold (only soup in the pot and coffe are hot). The staff are all friendly and nice.

My sons really loved our room because it is spacious with 1 bedroom and 1 living room. But i'm a bit disappointed because in the booking confirmation, our room is supposed to be 2 king sized beds. The bidet in the cr is low pressurized. But those are all small things. Overall we enjoyed our stay plus the staff are all courteous and accommodating.

The bed was super hard, bathroom shower was broken, had crappy tv service, cockroaches, the casino is super small and only accepts big bills, room service uses fake pictures of the food so when you order it's not like the picture. Had to get another card for the room to keep the AC and fridge working. Overall it wasn't worth the money I spent

The property is reasonably priced and in a good location. The staff have an excellent attitude and nothing is impossible for them to do for you. The menu is good and has a good variety each day. What is the only thing I could suggest as an improvement is if there was a swimming pool located at the hotel.

The place is good, neat and quiet. We taught there is swimming pool at the pent house. But overall it is a nice place.

This is NOT a value for money hotel.
Needs to improve on cleanliness in the restaurant. The water goblet smells fishy. Breakfast was not appealing. Very few choices. Coffee was not hot and seemed to be in the coffeemaker for hours. There were ants in the fruit jam. Parking slots are not enough to accommodate all guests' vehicles. We had to park on the dark roadside. They called us up past 12 midnight to inform us that there was now a parking slot available in the basement. I would not recommend this to people I know.

Everything you need for the budget
The choice of hotels in the Sta Rosa area close to the techno park are a bit limited. Seda dominates as the stand out but Paseo prem is the next and for the price difference it's alright. It is a little dated but I was comfortable and had everything I needed at my disposal. Staff were friendly and provided sufficient service when required. The added benefit is that you are closer to a different set of established restaurants vs various chains in the Ayala area. Will use again

Hotel is in an area where you do not have immediate access to local transportation. No jeroneys or tricycles are allowed in the complex it’s about a kilometer walk with your luggage. The hotel is nice

This place needs renovation. We stayed in their penthouse and not really impressed. Limited toilet paper, windows are not clean and the bathroom smells like sewage. Also fixtures are not well kept.

I will recommend this hotel to my friends from Canada. the staff is approachable corteous .my room is clean and quiet .my issue is the water drip from the aircon that woke me up in the middle of the night..this hotel is nice and the breakfast is excellent..

Very Nice !
This was a pretty nice hotel! It was clean, decently updated, not fancy but better than I expected. There was, 24 hr security, friendly staff, a nice bar downstairs that had music that was shut down very early. Great location. Walking distance to Starbucks, restaurants, convenience and grocery stores. Just a few minutes to walk to the transportation "trikes". It was not a luxurious hotel to hang out in but to sleep and shower it was great.

Hotel is beside a hospital.. my girl friend couldnt sleep.. it feels haunted.. the area feels like someone is watching her and poking her.. she doesent feel safe in the room.. ( she have no disability or anything ) and its her 1st time experiencing that. There is mall in front but its full of shoe stores only and many are still undergoing construction. The shuttle service to Enchanted Kingdom cost so much that if you get grab, its only less than 150 peso.. The hotel feels spooky and haunted... we got 2 rooms and 1 of the rooms didnt have hot water but was fixed instantly. Overall, we did not enjoy it and will not come back here.

The worst is breakfast.....if stay one day still ok but if stay long with almost the same breakfast everyday, speechless......no many choice also not same like others hotel that i ever stay before in that area.......everyday 1 type rice and soup, 1 type of sausage, 1 any type of noodles.... arrrghhhhhhh........ All staff not friendly...poor service..poor environment...poor smoking area....food taste not good....who is the chef? who hire this kind of chef to cook here at this hotel... bad wifi connection...LAN also useless. Poor and less facilities.... Stay in pressure....no peaceful

it was my first trip to Santa Rosa and I wanted a conveniently located hotel near Enchanted Kingdom. There is a shopping mall across the street as well as many dining establishments within walking distance. The front desk was very friendly and extremely helpful in arranging day trips and transportation that made my vacation stress free and memorable.

purely business hotel won't break the bank
simple, nice and quiet and convenient to shops and restaurants but you will need to have your transport if you want to go some other malls. there could be taxis or hotel shuttle but you may need to arrange from the concierge
