The employee checking us in and out was extremely polite, pleasant, and professional!!! The room was horrible. This is the second worst room I have ever stayed at. My expectations are not high.

My husband and I were totally charmed with our stay. We live only 10 miles away from Santa Paula and had never stayed at the Glen Tavern Inn. Dinner at the restaurant located inside the Inn was more than we had hoped for. Very romantic with a great wine list and an enticing menu. We were treated with the music of a vey accomplished musician who played the piano and accordion as we dined. The Glen Tavern Inn is very unique in that it is a very historic building. Our room was clean, comfortable and had the charm of being very original to the era that the Inn was built. The lobby is amazing! We love the fact that we found such a wonderful experience so close to home. It was a bit of a splurge for us... but then again so close to home!
