Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional, making me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The location is also excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, yet still peaceful and relaxing. "Staff was amazing, clean and well appointed room in a prime location. A 40 min walk from Temple of the Moon, 30 mins to Sacsayhuaman, just generally a prime location to everything - including the San Blas area which is the nicest and quietest area."

"We had to get a breakfast to go as we were leaving at 3am. The packed breakfast was excellent and the hotel kept our luggage whilst we were in Machu Picchu at no extra cost. The room was immaculate and amenities great. A free pisco sour was a great touch too"
