Worst stay i had in my entire life anywhere in the world. This place really hates foreigners. The staff is rude and mean. First of all they charged me a 300 000 tax once my colombian wife arrived later in the day (2 night stay ). Staff at the pool wouldnt let us use the available beach bed while locals where using all the others ones cause they said it might be raining soon ( clear sky without a single cloud ) Pool was closed !!! Then... They told us it was karaoke night at the resort bar and then we got REFUSED entry cause they said " there is too many people ". It wasnt even full and some people were living as we arrived and they still didnt let us in. Couldnt use spa either or get a massage cause their spa service was fully booked for the 3 days we were there. For an hotel that expensive they should be totally ashamed of the service this hotel has given me. DISGUSTING

The staff are all excellant and hard working, but something just isnt right with service. You have to wait ages to catch a waiter then it takes forever for the drinks etc to arrive. They also have a stupid system where they take your order and room no then sometime through out the day you get the bill to sign.

The Hotel Zuana Beach Resort provides all the guarantees of security in the room and different areas for guests and members during their stay, among which is the use of the security box, external security personnel through the company VIGINORTE LTDA in different specific points of the facilities and constant training for employees, where commitment, responsibility and honesty in work are highlighted. for which reason we are surprised that accusations of this type.

Good hotel on the beach, large rooms, good pools, we had a corner ocean front suite with great views to the beach and mountains, two balconies. Missing kitchen towels, paper tissues, face towels and coffee (you can buy it at their mini market), also they don't have courtesy bottles of water.

Fantastic holiday for whole family
Great beach hotel and resort suitable for all kinds of guests. Families, groups of friends, couples will have a lovely time in this place. There are so many options available for everyone. Beach, spa, pools, jacuzzis, tennis courts, playground, restaurant, bars. Service is impeccable and I would like to applaud all staff for their excellent work.

Hotel was real nice, 5 different restaurant depending what type of style you want. The pools are really beautiful to spend the day in. Beach access has security in exclusive zone so no worries if you leave your things while you go to the water. Overall I wish I stayed longer.

Beautiful swimming pools and right on the beach. You could be quiet or go to the disco in the evening. Food not brilliant but reasonably priced.

Jis place was terrible! The rooms smells like mildew and so do the blankets and towels. Also there is a lot of construction going on and the place is packed. The free breakfast is sub par and you have to sit in a patio fighting with birds so they don’t eat your food (they are very aggressive!), the staff chases them away with water. Finally, our check out process was the worst we were standing in line for one hour and still not luck! There were dozens of people checking out and just one person helping them. It was terrible cause someone had to radio from your room to verify your consumptions and then the process was very manual at least 15 min per person... I approached the lady at the desk as I had a flight to catch and couldn’t wait any longer, she couldn’t have cared less and said I had to wait. Told her I couldn’t risk my flight left my cards and went to get a taxi (btw if you order a taxi to the hotel for their staff prices are double, just woke to the corner outside and some local taxis will provide you with cheaper and better service). I got an email from them later on the day saying that I needed to make a transfer to their Colombian saving back account to pay for the bottle of water I consumed. I replied that they could use my credit card on file and explained the situation and the poor customer service... again, they didn’t care.
