Worst experience I’ve had with a host

The communication with the host was the worst, he spoke to us in a very arrogant and rude tone. He threatened to cancel the reservation several times because I wasn’t answering right away. He said he did not have to be trying to contact me because it was not his job. I asked a very simple question about the payment I had to do, and he made it a problem. He charged us for a deposit that was not stated in hotels.com. He made us feel very uncomfortable and not welcome at all. Worst experience.

No me gusto la estadia en este apartamento. El dueño es una persona agresivo para hablar y tiene muchas exigencias. Que no me parece que deberian ser. El esta vendido un servicio y al cliente se le debe tratar con respetó. Ademas de eso el apartamento esta alejado de las playas bonitas del rodadero. Toca pagar taxi o caminar muchas cuadras

No cambian sabanas. Estaban encerradas con candado. Quitaban el internet. Si llega visita hay que pagar para que entren. No me quede los 14 dias me fui temprano. El servicio es terrible no lo recomendo.
