servicios de restaurante y bebidas cobros aparte.

Todo fue al principio fue excelente, hasta que para el servicio de restaurante y bebidas era pagos por aparte, creería que sería mejor la atención donde todo estuviera integrado para un solo cobro, igual si saben que la señal no es buena deberían garantizar conectividad y estar incluido en el cobro de la habitación

This is a camping spot not a hotel. And unfortunately the food at the restaurant is tasteless, literally. The facilities and amenities were terrible compared to what was advertised. We had booked 2 bungalows by the beach. When we arrived (late at night), the receptionist informed us that they accepted 2 bookings on different websites at the same time and therefore only had one bungalow available for us. Rather than apologising for the inconvenience, the receptionist blamed the fault on us, claiming they had sent me an email to inform us. I am still waiting to receive this email. Since it was late we tried to stay calm and decided to sleep wherever they wanted to put us and deal with it in the morning. The next morning, different receptionist but same story, except this time she at least apologised after a while. And the icing on the cake was when we left. We asked the reception to get us a bus that would go from Santa Marta to Cartagena, which they did. But the hotel charged us double what everyone on that bus had paid and by the time we knew it the guy that helped us with the luggage and that paid for us was already gone. A real shame this happened because Colombians are extremely helpful and the kindest, always helping tourists and making them welcome.

Lo lindo del lugar es que estás muy cerca del mar, pero las instalaciones no son buenas. Nuestra tienda no había sido preparada por lo que debieron ubicarnos en un bungalow. El sector de baños y duchas, teniendo en cuenta que es un camping, debería tener mayor aseo y mantenimiento. El lugar en general se veía descuidado. El servicio de bar y restaurante entiendo esta manejado por terceros, es aceptable para tomar un desayuno o comer un sándwich. Me guié por las referencias generales que eran buenas pero mi experiencia fue regular.
